A haiga for Colleen’s #Tanka Tuesday picture prompt, below, from artist Michael Seibt, chosen by last month’s poet, Diana Peach.

Inside the earth, it is always green.
What do I see with
out seeing? What sounds reflect
terra’s transcendence?

Thanks Robbie. The earth is a beautiful mystery, let’s hope we can find a way to keep it that way.

Luckily, it still returns each year. But for how long?

To see (sense) without seeing is to be spiritually connected. To hear the colors of the Earth. Beautiful piece of poetic art, Kerfe. ❤

Your greens are gorgeous!! Did you apply salt to it? It has a wonderful mystery to it. 😃

Thanks Jill. It’s just watercolor but some of it has iridescence. I love green!

Hi, Kerfe! I’ve always been drawn by the different shades of green. Beautiful piece, I see a rainforest, green lake, or swamp. The water is alive with algae. The art pairs perfectly with your haiku. 😀 Happy Friday and weekend, my friend!
