sky my thoughts–
let them not stay bound
to earth by
fear and grief–
let them open, imagine
beyond here and now–
let me reach
across weary days
to gather
each bright star,
each word of hope, each act that
defies these dark times
A quadrille for dVerse incorporating the word sky, hosted by by De, with more art from the archives.
Lovely, Kerfe. I’d like to sky my thoughts, as well, and gather those hopeful stars.

I love the circular grid – windows into other worlds or planets in orbit in the sky…

You and Dale had similar thoughts – and they were skyed! I love the thought or reaching for bright stars to defy these dark times.

Such an evocative, hopeful beginning, this:
“sky my thoughts–
let them not stay bound
to earth”
Love it.

Thanks De. I am trying to get out of the negative spaces I’ve been living in. The sky is a good place to start.
