the wheel spins, gathering all
into one huge dance
This was my submissions for the Kick-About prompt, “a short ride in a fast machine“. Since I was offline at the time, I didn’t get to publish my post for it then.
These pandemic days seem timeless yet I also feel that they are spinning out of control.
May we gather together to give the dance a form that includes a good future for all.

This makes me think of the Garden of Earthly Delights, but without the unsettling aspect.

There does seem to be a lot of spinning about–a sort of frantic feel before the next bit of horror perhaps? (I hope not.)
I also thought of the birds growing in trees that we were talking about on Jane’s blog.

They are definitely there! I think I’m past frantic. Not sure how to describe my feelings these days. I can’t even imagine how all this will play out.

I can relate to the spinning out of control feeling. I hope we com though these troubld times with more compassiin for each other. Your art work is a bright spot in all the confusion.
