merging not in a line,
but positioned between–
too brief to be
resolved
the madness of fate–
consummation and release,
sweeping life away

Makes me think of ‘how long is a piece of string?’
‘too brief to be resolved’
that could apply to so many of the vapid comments we make, half-way between muddled and idiotic.
